Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Growing up in California, Dr. Henry’s dentist was one of the coolest people he knew. He would rarely have to wait at his appointments, and the dentist dedicated plenty of time to being gentle and thorough. He also had a big TV in his dental office, so going to the dentist was always a relaxing experience for Dr. Henry. His childhood dentist would go on to become one of his mentors when he decided to pursue his own career in dentistry.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Henry earned his dental degree at the Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, the largest dental school in Florida. Before starting our dental office, he worked in a pediatric dental office for three years, so he gained a lot of experience meeting the unique dental needs of children. Today, he constantly takes continuing education courses in general dentistry and orthodontics so that he can be certain he is providing the best care for his patients. He is also a member of both the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Texas Dental Association (TDA).
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Dr. Henry loves watching movies. He is an AMC A-List member, so he watches almost two movies every week! He also enjoys traveling, exploring different places, and trying good food in different parts of the world. In fact, he tries to go to a new restaurant every few weeks! Dr. Henry can also speak a bit of Spanish.
